Obituary of Rudolph Johnson

Rudolph G. Johnson PhD At rest Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Chicago. Born on October 29, 1955 to the late Earl "Teddy" and Dolores (Vidal) Johnson, residing in Joliet until he graduated high school. Survived by his sister, Maria G. (Peter) Harris of Joliet. Preceded by his parents and several aunts and uncles. Rudy traveled the world extensively. He loved meeting and talking to people, he made friends quickly. In negative times he always remained positive. A great cook and his recipe for spanish rice will never be forgotten. A truly genuine person with a heart of gold that will be dearly missed by all who knew him. A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, December 26, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 37 S. Ottawa St., Joliet. Private inurnment at Elmhurst Cemetery.
