Obituary of Consuelo Flores

Consuelo Flores Age 76, of Joliet, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Rosewood Care Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was an active member of Iglesia El Buen Pastor (The Good Shepherd Church), and was greatly loved for her dedication to God and her devotion to her family. Loving sister of Samuel Flores; beloved aunt of Armando Garcia, Julieta Meza and Mayra Garcia; fond great-aunt to nine great-nieces and great-nephews; and a dear friend to her church family. Preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Julieta Flores; one sister, Maria Garcia; and one brother, Jesus Garcia. Services for Consuelo will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Interment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation TODAY Wednesday, 2:00-7:30 p.m. with a Service of Remembrance at 7:30 p.m. and Thursday 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m.
