Obituary of Michael Perez

Michael D. Perez Age 53, of Rockdale, IL, died suddenly, Monday May 11, 2015 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center. Born July 26, 1961 in Joliet, IL , he was a lifelong resident of Rockdale. A graduate of Joliet West High School, Class of 1979. Loving father of Andrew Perez; proud grandpa of Madden; beloved son of Humberto and the late Rosemary (nee Jimenez) Perez; brother of Mary (David) Greer and dear uncle of several nephews. Funeral Services for Michael D. Perez will be held Friday, May 15, 2015 at 10:45 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd.) Joliet to St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum in Romeoville.
