David William Goltz Age 35. Suddenly Tuesday, May 12, 2015 in Ottawa, IL. Born in Hinsdale, IL, raised in Bolingbrook/Plainfield areas. David was a sports enthusiast and an avid Bears fan and fisherman. Survived by three sons, Zachary Andrew (age 13), Devon William (age 9) and Cameron Blaze Goltz (age 6); his former wife, Desiree Chevere; mother, Diane (Jon Meents) Goltz; father, Dennis (Dee) Goltz; siblings, Dennis Ray (Maria) Goltz, Tina Marie (Richard) Blain and Brian Matthew Goltz; dear uncle of Autumn, Austin and Darien Goltz and Gianna and Mia Blain; and special friend, Stephanie Adamec and her children, Chloe and Alex Funeral Services for David W. Goltz will be held Monday, May 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
