Obituary of Carolann Warta

Carolann C. Warta (nee Swiercz) Age 74. Beloved wife of 55 years, John S. Warta; loving mother of John S. Jr. (Laura), David (Janet), Cindy (Jerry) Chmiel and Mark Warta; proud grandmother of nine; great-grandmother of four; fond sister of Stanley (Barbara) Swiercz, Darlene Boerst, Charles (Judy) Swiercz, Glen (Dawn) Swiercz and the late Ronald and Dennis Swiercz; and aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 17, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until time of services at 5:30 p.m., at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Family and friends are invited to meet at 8:15 a.m, on Monday, May 18, 2015 at the Funeral Home to process to Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL, for a Committal Service at 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
