Obituary of Marianne Stone

Marianne H. Stone (nee Dudlo) Age 66, of Plainfield, IL and formerly Westmont, IL, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 19, 2015 with family by her side at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. Beloved wife of 44 years to Richard "Rick" Stone; loving mother of Dianna Stone (Keith) Gnat and Jason (Denise) Stone; proud grandmother of Brandon and C. J. Gnat; devoted daughter of Maria (nee Klose) and Tadeusz Dudlo. Also survived by her twin brother Werner Dudlo; two sisters, Lorraine (Richard) Patton and Donna (Edward) Garrett as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Marianne was employed in the banking industry for many years. Her hobbies included gardening and spending summer weekends with her husband and family at the cottage in Indiana. She will always be remembered for her dedication to family. She thoroughly enjoyed planning and hosting get togethers. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 22, 2015, 8:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd.) Joliet. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name can be made to the donors favorite charity.
