Dear Birsa Family, We were so sorry to hear of the loss of Mrs. Birsa. My grandmother attended her high school also and cherished getting together with her old classmates. I hope the wonderful memories you have together will carry you through this time of grieving. When we lost our mom and grandmother last year, our family was comforted by memories of her and the hope set out in the Bible. A friend shared with us Isaiah 33:24 and Revelation 21:3,4 where it gives us wonderful hopes and promises for the future. And also taught me about the promise of a resurrection mentioned in John 5:28,29. I never forgot how comforted I was by that and I felt like it was God's way of lifting me up right when I needed it the most. I hope your family can also be comforted by the scriptures and the fact that our family is thinking of your family at this time.
