Obituary of Mary Anderson

Mary L. Anderson (nee Gleason) Age 74. Passed away Monday, August 24, 2015 at Joliet Area Community Hospice with her family by her side. Born October 19, 1940 in Joliet, IL to Roderick J. and Mary L. (nee Salzman) Gleason. She enjoyed spending time with her two grandkids and taking them shopping. She will be truly missed. Retired June 4, 2015 with 43 years of service at St. Patrick Residence in Naperville. Survived by her daughter, Beth Ann (David) Ciszek; grandchildren, Samantha and Tyler; brother, Bruce (Georgean) Gleason; and many nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arthur W. Anderson, Jr. (1983); and brother, Roderick Gleason 2009. A Memorial Service for Mary L. Anderson will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends may gather from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Inurnment to follow Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
