Rollie J. Clark
Age 63. Suddenly Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Valley West Community Hospital in Sandwich, IL. Born in Saginaw, MI, formerly of Bolingbrook, Romeoville and Joliet, and most recently of Sandwich, IL. A proud U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. A retired ironworker with Union Local #63. A dedicated member of the American Veterans' Motorcycle Association. Rollie was an avid umpire for several youth baseball leagues in the area.
Survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Nancy (Duffek) Clark of Sandwich; children, Eric John Clark of AZ, Camille (Dwayne) Murphy of Crest Hill, Wendy Russell of MO, Cindy (Jack) Hunt of IN, Pam (Russ) Storm of Millington, IL, and Michael Brooks of Sandwich; one sister, Jane (Ken) Powers of MI; two brothers, Donny of MI, and Mike Clark of FL; his nephew, Bobby Clark, U.S. Navy; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Jeanette Smuszkiewicz.
Funeral Services for Rollie J. Clark will be Monday, July 26, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Romeoville.
