Obituary of Edith Policandriotes

Edith Louise Policandriotes (nee Sanders) Age 81, of Channahon, IL, passed away at home, Monday October 12, 2015. She was born December 10, 1933 in Waverly, TN to the late Bessie (nee Travis) and Martin Sanders. She was a lifelong Joliet area resident. Survived by her three daughters, Marlo Lynn (James D.) Letterle, Margaret Irene Policandriotes and Joan Deanna Policandriotes; granddaughter, Autumn Marie Letterle; two brothers, William (Rachel Cavazos) of Joliet and Lamon (Mary Kay Lovelace) of Los Fresnos, TX; two sisters, Pauline Gwin of Indianapolis, IN and Joan of Crest Hill, IL; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Preceded by her parents; six brothers, Woodrow ( the late Dorothy Hartnet), Nathan, James, Frank (the late Lorraine Rimke), Charles and Delano (Wilma Cabott); six sisters, Jessie, Bessie Lowry, Katherine, Lois (the late Louis) Contos and Lila (the late Ira) Couch.
