Obituary of Colin Pascoe

Pascoe, Colin Colin Pascoe, beloved son and brother, died suddenly on November 24, 2010. Born June 26, 1991 to Frank and Patricia Pascoe, he attended the Franciscan Learning Center, Troy Township Schools, and Joliet West High School (Class of 2009). He was currently enjoying being a sophomore at Elmhurst College as an English and Philosophy double major. Colin was known for his compassion, wit and humor. He was a brilliant writer, and a clever comic who was successful in the Original Comedy section of Speech Team competitions. He also enjoyed acting in comedy plays and improv. Colin was a poet, known for his passionate readings of poetry in coffeehouses and elsewhere. He also sketched intricate posters for his family and friends. Colin loved his life and lived it on his terms. He was preceded in death by his aunt Joan (Maiorca) Ehlers. He is survived by his parents, Frank and Patti (Maiorca) Pascoe, and his four brothers, Matt (Laura), David and Brian Froelich, and Christopher Pascoe as well as his grandmothers, Joyce Pascoe and Ann Fitzgerald, uncles Bob and Sam Maiorca (Barb), Keith Ehlers, aunts Mary Ann Maiorca, Sara Pascoe (Dean Moberg), and Susan Teel (Matt), and cousins Sarah Mae, Caleb, Rickie, Cailee, Josie, Gina, Michael, Tom, Linda, Tammy, Katie, Kimberly, and Chase, and his dog, Oreo. Colin will always be in the hearts of his many friends and extended family, including honorary aunts and uncles, and those who helped nurture him in his early years. Funeral Services for Colin F. Pascoe will be Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship in Colin's name will be established at a later date. Visitation Monday 4-8 p.m. at: FRED C.
