Obituary of Viola Williams

Viola M. Williams (nee Sievert) Age 89. Passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Joliet on October 23, 1926 to Frank and Catherine (nee Simon) Sievert. A lifelong resident. Past President of Weight Control. Survived by two daughters, Cathy (Ray) Breen and Betty Williams; and three grandchildren, Michelle Blazekovich, Lori (Dave) Traver and Michael Breen; great-grandchildren, Nicole (Grant) Onderisin, Michael Traver, Melissa Traver, Kylie and Cassie Blazekovich; great-great-grandchildren, Brendan and Cameron Regas; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond J. (June 24, 1992); sisters, Minnie McCarthy and Ann Fredricks; and brother, Sonny Sievert. Funeral Services for Viola M. Williams will be held Friday, December 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Private entombment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
