Obituary of Joanne Pinder

Joanne M. Pinder (nee Topper) Age 82. Passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Park Pointe Healthcare and Rehab Center. Born in Gardner, IL October 11, 1933 to the late Joseph and Margaret (Bresney) Topper. A lifelong resident of Grundy County. Joanne married Glenn Pinder in Morris on January 18, 1953, he preceded her death in 2013. Joanne loved to travel, spending much time in Palm Springs, CA. Surviving is her daughter, Laura (Kevin Carr) Vota of Morris; six grandchildren, Samantha, Tommy, A.J. and Emma Vota and Jennie Skaggs; two great-grandchildren, Evan and Kristyn Skaggs. Preceded by her husband; two sons, Richard and Michael Pinder and her granddaughter, Angela Pinder. Private funeral services will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to, Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 1201 W. Route 6 (at Deerpath Drive), Morris. Memorials in her name to the Alzheimer's Association or Joliet Area Communiry Hospice would be appreciated.
