Obituary of Frank Majewski
Frank J. Majewski, Sr.
Age 67, of Plainfield, IL and formerly Chicago, IL and the Woodridge/Lisle area, died suddenly, Sunday February 14, 2016.
He was born in Poland August 17, 1948 to the late Jean and Frank Majewski.
Beloved father of Frank Majewski, Jr. and Christina Majewski (Richard Kolin, fiance); proud grandfather of Saulo Cintron and Chase Kolin; dear brother of Chester (Bernie) Majewski, Mary Jane (Ray) Wolniakowski, Catherine (Frank) Pellegrino and Steve (Teri) Majewski. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sherry (nee Anderson) Majewski and his parents.
Frank retired from Con Global after many years of service. He was a member of the Teamsters Union. He was always intrigued with HVAC and considered heating and air conditioning work a hobby. He was raised catholic and was an altar boy at St. Morris Church and as a youngster he enjoyed fishing with his buddies. He also played tennis in High School.
A memorial visitation will be held Friday February 19, 2016 from 3:00pm until a prayer service takes place at 8:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd.)
