Obituary of Kathleen Hesser

Kathleen Hesser (nee Fennen) Age 57, of Plainfield the past eight years, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Born June 30, 1958 in Camden, NJ, she was the daughter of Frank and Eileen Fennen. Kathleen was a devoted wife and a loving mother who was very proud of her family. She was an avid crafter and enjoyed crocheting and scrapbooking. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, her sense of humor, and love for her husband, Jim and son, Robert. Survived by her beloved husband of 36 years, James R. Hesser of Plainfield; one son, Robert of Plainfield and a student at North Central College, Naperville; her brothers and sisters, Eileen (late John) Latvenas, Anthony (Leslie) Fennen, Michael (Vicki) Fennen, Edward (Eva) Fennen, Maureen (Tom) Bongiorno and Colleen Little; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Tricia; and one brother, Frankie. A Memorial Gathering for Kathleen Hesser will be held Saturday, February 27, 2016 at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be held privately.
