Lois A. Contos (nee Sanders) Age 80. Passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2007. Born in Waverly, TN, she was a long time Joliet area resident. Lois, along with her late husband, farmed for many years in Joliet and Jackson Township. Beloved wife of the late Louis Contos; dear mother of Peter (Mary Lynn) of Texas, Kathleen (DeWitt) Becker of Michigan and Theodore Contos of New Lenox; grandmother of Michelle (Chad) Irvin, Richard (Shari) Becker and Steve (Susan) Becker; five great-grandchildren, Autumn Nicole Irvin; Jeremy and Christina Becker; Julia and Austin Becker; two brothers, William (Rachel) and Lamon (Mary Kay) Sanders; two sisters, Joan Sanders, and Edith Policandriotes; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside Services for Lois A. Contos will be Saturday, December 29, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park. No Visitation. Arrangements by: FRED C.
