Obituary of Jacqueline Paulis

Jacqueline E. Paulis (nee Brissa) Age 70, of Minooka, IL, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home with her family by her side. Born October 11, 1945 in Chicago, she was the daughter of Francis J. and Josephine (Carden) Brissa. They preceded her in death along with one brother, Kenneth (Kathy) Brissa. Jacqueline retired from ITW Pancon, Bolingbrook, after 37 years of service. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Minooka. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who loved spending time with her family and who adored her grandchildren. Survived by three sons, Todd Paulis of Minooka, Thomas (Cecelia) Paulis of Joliet, and Timothy (Sandra) Paulis, of Minooka; four grandchildren, Amber, Nicholas, Matthew and Jessica; one sister, Barbara Brissa of Channahon; a niece and four nephews, Kenneth Brissa, John (Pam) Brissa, Therese (Carlos) Chavez, Kevin (Elissa) Brissa and Michael Brissa. A Celebration of Jacqueline's Life will begin at 9:00 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2016 at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd.) Joliet and then process to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Minooka, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will be in Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Naperville.
