Obituary of Marie Ardaugh Lapicki

Marie Ardaugh Lapicki Age 55, formerly of Joliet, passed away on April 2, 2016 at her home in Montana. Marie was born in Joliet on September 27, 1960. She attended St. Bernard Grade School and Joliet Township High Schools, moved to Morris after marriage to Joseph Lapicki in 1986, and then moved to Montana in 2001. Marie mourned Joseph's passing on January 15, 2016. She is survived by her children, Mariette (Robert Vicich), Dylan (Kimber Harris) and Andrew (Caitlin Klaboe) Lapicki; grandchildren and one brother-in-law, Andrew (Cynthia) Lapicki also survive. Marie will be deeply missed also by her loving parents, Leonard "Pat" and Sandra Ardaugh; sister, Loretta Ardaugh; and brother, Roy (Lorna) Ardaugh. She was part of a loving extended family of a niece, nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins with whom she spent time while in Joliet for Joseph's memorial on March 19, 2016. Preceded in death by loving Ardaugh and Santerelli grandparents and Godparents, Marialice Horn and Leo Ardaugh who along with Joseph have welcomed her home. A Memorial Mass for Marie Ardaugh Lapicki will be held Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 901 Elizabeth St., Joliet. Family will receive all friends and relatives from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. Inurnment will follow at St. Mary Nativity Cemetery.
