Dear Casey,
Auntie was truly one in a million. There will never be another human being like her. She never said an unkind thing about anyone and was the most loving person we have ever known. We know she was like a mother to you and also that she thought of you as her son. While Auntie never had children, every child she ever came in contact with felt her warm and loving heart. Our hearts are broken at her loss, but we know she now rests in the hands of God. If ever a human being was meant for heaven, it was her.
We have many fond memories of growing up and having her in our lives. Cheryl, Cindy, and I all loved her and knew from the time we were small kids that she was one precious individual. Her generosity was second to none. She always looked to the needs of others before she looked to her own needs. Yesterday we heard a sermon about humility, and Auntie personified this.
We can't be with you tomorrow and Wednesday, but you are in our thoughts and prayers. Once your pain has lessened, you can take comfort knowing Auntie is with Grandma and Grandpa.
Thanks to everyone who cared for this lovely and loving woman. Your lives must be touched in ways only those who have true compassion can know.
Your cousin, Connie, and Carl Fleck
