Obituary of James Richard Hubbard

James Richard Hubbard Age 63, at rest Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home surrounded by his loving family. Born August 31, 1953 to Arlie Obrian and Arietta Irene (nee Grounds) Hubbard. James worked for 15 years with the Laborers Union Local # 5 then 10 years with the Iron Workers Local #1. He enjoyed fishing and gardening. Survived by his loving wife, Maureen T. (nee O'Brien) of 44 years; his two children, James Andrew Hubbard and Elena Hubbard; Siblings, Arlie Eugene (Judith) Hubbard, Barbara Kay (Larry) Burns, Ginger Ann Nurczyk, Michael Joseph (Kathy) Hubbard, and Mitchell Ray (Debbie) Hubbard; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded by his parents; siblings, Terry Hubbard, Vicky Lynn English, and Kimbra Sue Thompson. A Memorial Gathering will be Thursday, September 15, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Palos Hills, 11015 E. Eastwood Dr., Palos Hills, IL from 6:30 p.m. until the time of service at 7:30 p.m. As it was his wish, cremation rites have been accorded.
