Obituary of Beverly Crowley

Beverly A. Crowley (nee Nelson) Age 79, of Elwood, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2010 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center with her family by her side. Born April 29, 1930 in Joliet, to Herbert and Hazel (nee Robinson) Nelson, she was a graduate of Joliet Township Central High School. A superior baker, she was noted for making the best pies. She adored her grandchildren and her devoted cat, Lady. She will be greatly missed. Surviving are her two beloved daughters, Kelly (Sam) Studer of Channahon, and Karen (Jerry) Bandura of Elwood; three precious grandchildren, Kaitlin Studer and Tricia and Jeffrey (Fiance Sarah) Bandura; five nieces and nephews; and Lady. Preceded by her husband, William Crowley (1983); one son, Jeffrey Crowley; her parents; one brother, Robert Nelson; and one sister, Marilyn McComb. Funeral services for Beverly Crowley will be Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery.
