Obituary of Ruth Cuthbert

Ruth M. Cuthbert (nee Golden) Born January 10, 1924 in Chicago, to the late George and Esther (nee Beckman) Golden, and a long time Chicago (Lakeview) resident, passed away May 25, 2010. Loving wife of 49 years to the late George Cuthbert; dear sister of Alice (late Edwin) Hoffman and the late George Golden; fond "Aunt Ruthie" to many including Janet (David) Raila and Bill (Elizabeth) Golden; also survived by Rae Ann Fox and family. Ruth was a kind hearted woman who was always there for her family and friends. Visitation Thursday, May 27, 2010 from 3-9 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet. Funeral Friday, 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment to follow, 12:00 Noon at Maryhill Cemetery, Niles, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Lung Association would be appreciated.
