Obituary of Sheila R. Kump

Sheila R. Kump Age 74, passed away peacefully in her sleep, Sunday February 26, 2017 at her son's home in Tinley Park, IL. She was born February 17, 1943 in Joliet and was a longtime area resident. Beloved mother of Randy (Tina) Kump and Amy (Richard) Conti; proud grandmother of Samantha and twins Bryin and Brandin; dearest great grandmother of twins Gianna and Giovanni; and Gabriel. Also survived by her sister Linda (George) Kautz and family. Preceded in death by her husband, Erwin Kump and her parents Dolly (nee Lysher) and Walter Gilberts. Sheila, over the years, was employed by Joliet Federal Savings and Loan, the Will County Court House and Remin Laboratories. As it was her request, private family services were held with interment at Elmhurst Cemetery in Joliet. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
