Obituary of Brian Keith Veleker
Brian Keith Veleker
Age 42, of Channahon, passed away suddenly, Saturday, February 25, 2017.
Brian was born June 4, 1974 in Joliet, and was a graduate of Romeoville High School. He worked as a banker in the financial services industry.
He enjoyed photography, playing the guitar, following his beloved Chicago Cubs, but most of all, spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his smile, his devotion to his children, and for being a loving son, brother, uncle and friend.
Surviving are his three children, Trent, Olivia and Max Veleker; his former wife, Rachel Veleker of Joliet; his father, Brent Veleker of Plainfield; one brother, Tim (Ashlee) Veleker of Channahon; one niece, Addie; one nephew, Ryan; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded by his mother, Barbara Jean (Teeling) Veleker.
A Memorial Gathering for Brian Veleker will be held Friday, March 3, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Roads, Joliet. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials for the benefit of his children would be appreciated.
