Dad,
It was 6 years that God took you from us on March 15, 2017. We miss you lots and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think of you. As you can see, we are taking care of each other, just as you always put Family first. Please give Brent a hug from me, as you know I miss him lots, especially with all going on. Also to Grandma’s & Grandpa’s and the rest of the family.
Love you always, till we are together again,
Your #1 Quart Jar, Sheila Marie

Daddy,
We still miss you 3 yrs. later, as of today. We all have had our way to grieve, but all of us have helped each other. We’ve been taking care of Mom, as you have observed. We wanted to be together today, but the current situation in the world, has now impede that to happen. We are all together in spirit.
There are so many times I’ve needed a hug or a conversation with you and can’t have it the way it was.
Keep watching over us and interseed prayers for us. You know what we all are dealing with. We need our Red Cardinal to come back, you, so we feel you close.
Uncle Bob is keeping a good eye on us all.
Until we meet again, your(Mom’s too) #1 Daughter,
Sheila Marie “Quart Jar”

To Judith and the entire Dehm family
I am sorry about the loss of your beloved husband and father. I send my deepest condolences to you all.
I'm a Knight in the Dooley Assembly and live in DuPage Cty., but I have crossed paths with George (& John) many times, especially at Chapter meetings and functions, as well as at many Honor Guard events. I also once had a memorable phone conversation with you too, Judith, while waiting for George to come to the phone. I'll always remember how supportive you were of George and the work he did for the Knights of Columbus.
I really wanted to attend the wake on Sunday, and participate in the Honor Guard. I could not make it though, as I was celebrating a birthday with my father that evening (he turned 83 yesterday). Our brother George will be greatly missed.
May his soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed rest in peace. Amen.
Yours truly,
Randall Norman

A man who worked hard to bring something good to those around him. I truly enjoyed our conversations and was fortunate to know him in my childhood. All fond memories.

I am so sorry for your loss! I met John when i became a 4th degree knight 5 years ago. He was very welcoming and extremely helpful in opening his thoughts and well wishes to our council at St Rose in Wilmington. He was a beautiful wonderful role model for the Knights of Columbus!
Our Assembly, our council and all the people who knew him will miss his engaging, caring, and forthright manner that made him such a good man!
I am sorry that my wife and i are in Arizona, and will miss his wake, funeral, and being on his honor guard.
May God Bless and keep you in his loving hands during this time of loss,
Mike and Pat Sloan

After all of his service in the name of his Lord, it was just his time to meet him personally. He was always there to help and his friendly and loving spirit was an example for all of us to follow. I have great memories of visits to the house in Crystal Lawns with my Mom and how he was kind and patient with me as a child. May God watch over all the Dehm family at this time of loss. Love..Lisa
