Barbara A. Folisi Age 58. At Rest peacefully on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Joliet Area Community Hospice surrounded by her loving family. Born on July 24, 1958 in Berwyn, IL to Robert "Bob" and Lucy "Doris" (nee Caldwell) Land. Barbara's past employment's have been with Mobil Plastic, Bank Financial and Harrah's Casino. As an avid Cub's fan, she was happy to be able to witness them win the World Series. Survived by her loving husband of 32 yrs, Michael J. Folisi; her siblings, Sandra (Chaz) Gilbert and Robert (Lorraine) Land, Jr.; Sisters-in-law, Rose (Phil) Simpson and Mary Christian; brother-in-law, John C. Folisi; step mother, Valaria "Val" Land; aunt to many nieces and nephews. Preceded by her parents; brothers-in-law, Frank Folisi and Donald Christian; and niece, Alexis Barga. Funeral Services for Barbara A. Folisi will be Saturday, 9:15 a.m. from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Roads, Joliet, IL to Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to American Cancer Society, Multiple Sclerosis or Masses would be appreciated.
