Mrs Starner was a kind person, great teacher and fine educational leader! She also was a good mentor to a number of young teachers and one young counselor at Cherry Hill School. Our sincere condolecnes to the Starner family.

Kay and Jay, I'm deeply saddened on the passing of your mom. I will miss her dearly. She was such a sweet and caring person whom i looked forward to spending time with. I'll miss sharing stories of our kids childhoods, watching family feud, playing Pokeno (which she taught me) and eating snickers late at night. I'm glad i was able to be her caregiver. Evelyn may be gone but will always be in my heart ❤

I am saddened of the passing of Auntie. I am blessed to be her nephew and part of her wonderful life. I have many fond memories of Auntie. One of those is when my brother, sister, and I would go to Uncle Bill's and Auntie's home and eating every piece of fruit in their house on several occasions.
Auntie was a respected, intelligent, gracious, caring, strong, positive, and thoughtful - a very special lady.
She will remain in our hearts forever. Someone so special can never be forgotten.
My thoughts and prayers are with Jay, Kay, Erica, Mark, Aaron, Lindsay, and Ethan.
