Chuck and I have shared many fishing / boating memories over the past forty-some years. My wife Debby and I will always hold him in a special place for his influence in our decision to buy our present home in Winter, Wisconsin -15 years ago. It was Chuck who first carried the plat of survey of that property into our Plainfield home, and spread it out on our kitchen table for review, prior to the "field trip" excusion that he and I took to explore the property in person. Our sincere sympathies are extended to Joyce, and to the DeVries family. He will be sorely missed! We are holding your family in our prayers.
