Obituary of Nafsika Anastopoulos

Nafsika Anastopoulos (nee Kotsakis) Age 82. Passed away Saturday, February 21, 2009 at Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview, IL. Born March 25, 1926 in Filiatra, Messinias, Greece, she was a long time Joliet resident. Survived by her children, George (Eleni) Anastopoulos of Joliet, Eleni Paros-Apostolou, Crist Anastopoulos and Christina (Nick) Tzamaloukas; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Bob; and sister, Maria, both of Greece. Preceded in death by her husband, Nikolaos P. Anastopoulos (1996); and two sons, Pete and Sam. Funeral Services for Nafsika Anastopoulos will be Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 8:45 a.m. from the funeral home to All Saints Greek Orthodox Church for services at 9:30 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
