Dear Kubina Family,
I am very sorry for the loss of Aunt Carol. I learned about it from Jina and Lara. I have many fond memories of times with her and your family when I was a child. I felt like she loved me as a mother. She was very kind and gentle and also took time to lovingly teach me when I needed an adult to provide guidance about my mischief. I regret the years that passed with distance between our families, but I am grateful for our family and cousin adventures and how natural it seems when our paths cross. My deepest condolences and prayers.
Jina, Lara, and I made a donation to Shriner’s hospital in Auntie Carol’s name.
