As you gather to celebrate Taylor's life, please know that we are with you in talking of, remembering and caring deeply for the many happy Mayberry Road memories of shared time with Taylor and you all. Our deepest regards to his beautiful and honored family.
Only yesterday, did I read about Taylor's passing. I learned about his Peace Corps experience and recall my similar experience in Nepal and of marrying Nirmala .... 30 years now. I was proud to learn of his extended service to this world, to his family and the community he now called home.
I have such vivid and happy memories of our shared Mayberry life ...from kindergarten through high school graduation. Of the many glasses of milk and chocolate chip cookies with Taylor after we got off the Fords Praire school bus. Thank you Bev. Of Allison, who when looking down from her window at me in the side yard, as I squinted my eyes to look up her, made a funny face back at me...I knew then I needed glasses. Of tall, handsome and strong Clyde. A big brother in all the best ways.
You will all remain in our continued prayers. Today, as you gather, know that Nirmala and I, now here in Portland, Oregon...will raise a glass of milk and have a few warm chocolate chip cookies to honor the many happy memories of Taylor Moore...husband, father, son, brother and friend. Rest well Taylor, you made the world a better place.
I share with the entire Moore family my sincere love and respects. Bart

It is hard to believe Taylor is gone this soon to be with the Lord. I have very fond memories of times spent with him and his family. Taylor was opinionated and enjoyed engaging in intellectual conversations. I remember how he and Isaac would go back and forth on various topics. May his soul rest in perfect peace!
To the family Taylor has left behind, my prayer is that in the midst of your sorrow you find comfort in all the joyful memories shared. God bless.

I'm so sorry to hear about Taylor. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. He was a special God loving man according to what I read. My memories are from Centralia school days. And good memories I must say. I always admired Taylor, Allison, & Clyde. Hugs to all.

Taylor,
It was so much of a shock when I learnt from Pru that you had passed on to eternity. When I spoke to you just a week ago, you assured me that you were going to recover. What else can I say, but to wish you eternal rest.
Pru, Jocellyn, Mediko and Kingsley, may the Almighty grant you the fortitude as you go through this very difficult path of life.
Uncle Isaac

Sending my love and prayers to Taylor's family. I graduated with him in 1977 and had hoped to see him at this year's 40th reunion. He was a gifted, intelligent man. So VERY sorry.

I am so sorry to hear of Taylor's passing. We have known each other for many years. I could share hours of stories about him wrapping up my alarm clock (noisy ticking!) in our room at McMahon Hall at University of Washington, or acting in the melodrama, Dirty Work at the Crossroads in the Evergreen Theater in Centralia. I have always missed the family dinners that we celebrated with the Moores - the tables groaning with more food than could possibly be consumed... I will miss this wonderful person. My love to you Prudencia, and to Bev, CD, and Allie.

Our family is saddened to hear of Taylor's passing. Our families were very close friends and we have some wonderful and heartwarming memories. We didn't keep in touch when he left Centralia but kept up with his life by his mom and friends. He grew to be a wonderful man that I am proud to have been a friend of and known him. A great man.RIP Tay Tay xo

Condolences to Taylor's family on his passing. He was a special and unique person, I enjoyed playing baseball with him in Little League and sharing classes with him in high school. He was missed at our recent high school reunion, Chris Moore shared then that he wasn't doing well. Sorry the distance kept us apart since high school, sounds like he did some wonderful work over the years. Well Done, Taylor!

I am still in shock! How could this be the time for Taylor to be called to his eternal home?
It was too soon, but God allowed it. I thank Gos for bringing Taylor Moore through my path, the times he and his young family shared with me in my tiny apartment, the intelligent conversations about every topic, the laughter and all.
What a gentle spirit!
May God grant Taylor eternal rest. May the good Lord grant his family comfort .

We recognize Mr Moore's great contribution to the improvement of human life in Africa, and his virtue to personally enrich those who crossed paths with him.
Mr Moore's contributions to mankind will remain as eternal evidence that he lived the best but fulfilled life in that he stood by his neighbor regardless of class, race, creed, or background; Mr Moore was compassionate and supportive of the weak and poor; Moore lived unique a life that served God, people alike, and the world at large.
To family, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers, may God give us the fortitude to live with Moore's transition into the higher realm of the better life. May God give us the Grace to learn to live with the love that Moore taught us.
Our empathy with his wife, Pru, and children.
Please accept our prayers and condolences on this day of our Lord,
The Tanyi Ashus
Kansas City, NO 64131.

Prudencia, CD, Leslie and family: I'm holding you in thought and prayer as you embrace your loss and memories. Prudencia, I met you decades ago in Leslie's house when you were visiting. I'm so sorry to be saying hello again under these circumstances, but it is wonderful to learn how you and your husband have children and built a loving marriage and community in your time together.
