Joseph Thomas Todd

Age 30, of Tamms, IL and formerly Joliet, IL passed suddenly, Saturday October 21, 2017 in Crossville, TN while he was visiting family.  Joe was born August 27, 1987 in Geneseo, IL, the son of the late Thomas Todd, (retired Joliet Police Department) and Carol (nee Petty) Todd. He was a graduate of Joliet West High School.

He was the proud father of Mandy Todd Silakowski; loving son of Carol Todd; dear brother of Melissa Daugherty, Corey Todd and Stephen Baker; fond uncle of Kayden Stewart and Austin Daugherty. Joe is also survived by his biological parents; Timothy (Gayla) Todd and Christine Sutton; an uncle, James K. Todd; and two cousins, Kenny Todd and April Todd.

Preceded in death by his father, Thomas Todd, in 2005.

Joe was employed for several years at Autozone as a maintenance technician.  He also worked at St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO.  He enjoyed camping and shooting, whether at the range or field targets.

Funeral services for Joseph Todd will be held Friday, October 27, 2017 at 12:30 p.m., at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet.
