On Saturday October, 28, 2017 Leslie, passed away peacefully at the age of 82 at the Morris Hospital with his family by his side.

He is preceded in death by his wife Janet Smith, one daughter Julie Smith and his
son in law Charles King.

He is survived by six daughters; Mary (Jim) Perkins of Dwight, Regina King of Chenoa,  Pam (Kevin) Peterson of Dwight, Cathy (Bill) Oelschlager of Dwight, Amy Smith of Dwight and Maggie (Ed) Krischel of Joliet; one son Paul (Kelly) Smith of Channahon. Proud grandfather of 17 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren and with God's blessings one more will be due in December.
