Harold was a wonderful neighbor -- quick smile, friendly, and always willing to help. Many of us referred to him as the Mayor of Federal Square where he lived. He took responsibility to be sure everyone and everything was in order. He lit up the room when he attended resident meetings with his energy -- accompanied with good suggestions and updates from his walks around the complex.
Harold is missed here but I'm sure he is still watching over us!
With prayers and best wishes for his family and friends.

Mister Harold was our beloved neighbor for 11 years, our kids grew under the watchful eyes of our dear neighbor, he was always there with his kind gestures and words of encouragement, I truly believe that our kids are better humans because of his presence in our lives...we will truly miss you and will never forget you our dear Mr. Harold.

Harold was my neighbor for almost 10 years. He was a kind, caring man who looked out for all his neighbors. He watched over all the kids in the neighborhood and spent time talking to the young men that he encountered.
It was always quite a sight to see him walking Theo, his dog, who would pull him along. Theo was rather large.
He would clear leaves in the fall and shovel snow in the winter. He did not want any of us to fall and hurt ourselves.
The world has lost a special man but I am sure that God is happy to welcome him to heaven.
