Don and I went on several Walleye fishing and Mushroom hunting trips. Don was true sportsman and had a great knowledge of the local fungus.
Don + Lois, Hal + Dory Peterson, and Sue + I shared a Globus Tour of Banff, Jasper, and Lake Louise parks in Canada along with Glacier National park in Montana were we travel the Highway to the Sun. It was a fantastic trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Steve Anderson mailed all of us a phony Excess Fuel surcharge bill after the trip was concluded. It gave us all a big laugh - after we realized it was fake.
We will miss Don, Lois, Hal and Dory very much.
