Emily Kay Niemann

Age 35, of Joliet, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Joliet on September 3, 1982 and was a graduate of Wilmington High School.  Emily was an independent secretary for Country Financial.  She was a member of Minooka Bible Church, proudly involved with the Echo Midweek Bible Study.  Emily loved cats and enjoyed cheetah prints.  

Surviving is her husband, Justin L. Niemann of Joliet; her three daughters, Hannah, Esmeralda and Naomi; her parents, Joe Kelly of Joliet and Beverly Lollar of Wilmington; daughter-in-law of Terry and Carol (nee Carpenter) Niemann; sister-in-law of Jennifer (Jeff) Scott of Cumming, GA and Jason (Jessica) Niemann of Chatsworth, IL.

Funeral services for Emily Kay Niemann will be held Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Minooka Bible Church, 412 N.Wabena, Minooka, IL 60447.  As it was Emily’s request, cremation rites will be accorded following services.  In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to the family for her children’s education fund that will be established at a later date.  Visitation at the church will be Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of services.  For more information, please call 815-741-5500 or visit her Memorial Tribute at www.fredcdames.com
