Obituary of Terry Gail Bryant
Terry Gail Bryant, (nee Alexander), age 70, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2017 at the Parc of Joliet.
Born on December 17, 1947 in Joliet, she was the daughter of Alvin Gale and Theresa (nee Russ) Alexander. A lifelong resident of Joliet, she was a 1965 graduate of Joliet Township Central High School.
Surviving are her two daughters, Darlene (Herbert Jr.) Dowler and Tammy Sue Brown; four grandchildren, Trisha and Cassandra Dowler and Daniel and Jacob Brown; one great grandchild, Victoria Gracie; one sister, Debby (Neal) Morris; and nephews, Adam and Tristan Morris.
She was preceded in death by one son, Jeffrey Bryant (1994); her parents; her sister, Jennifer Bryant (1973); and her former husband, Daniel Lee Bryant (1979).
It's hard to figure out what to say, the words are there, jumbled in our minds. To lose mom so soon, only in God is the strength we must find. No more heartache, sorrow or even an ounce of pain. To be in Heaven full of love and to see her family again. Even though it hurts, we will always miss you so. The love you gave us in our hearts and souls we will never let go. To our mother, a beautiful, classy lady that is true. Until we see each other again, we will always miss and love you.

A Celebration of Life for Terry Gail Bryant will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 at 9:15 a.m., from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Roads, Joliet, to the Church of St. Jude for Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be held Thursday, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded following services and interment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation would be appreciated.
