“Libby”

Age 34, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 31, 2017, at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center.  She was employed at Hollywood Casino in Guest Services.  Libby enjoyed crocheting, billiards, and gardening.  She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan, always proudly “Flying the W”.

Survived by her mother, Susan Proctor; father, Larry (Stephanie) Proctor; sister, Candice Dobson; significant other, Jason “JC” Ruud; aunt, Sally (Paul) Duris; cousin, Christina Duris; and good friends, Mark, Becky, Natalie and Justin.

Funeral Services for Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Proctor will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fred C.
