Obituary of George Judge
George E. Judge, Sr., age 72, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 18, 2018, at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Born in Haslemere, England, he was raised in the Bronx, New York and later relocated to Hayward, California before relocating to Illinois, living in Joliet the past 11 years. George was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran and a member of the SVT Mustang Cobra Club. He retired from Bratcher Enterprises, DBA Midas. George worked most of his life in auto sales and customer service. George was an avid muscle car enthusiast.
George is survived by his beloved wife and best friend of 43 years, Geri (nee Corlieto) Judge of Joliet; son, George E. (Lori) Judge, Jr. of Schiller Park; daughter, Jeanine M. (Don Theodore) Judge of Crystal Lake; daughter-in-law, Tracy L. Judge of Plainfield; nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded by his mother, Sarah Ann Judge and son, Jonanthony Judge, July 16, 2017.
A Celebration of George’s life will be Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Plymouth Congregational Church, 24022 W. Lockport St., Plainfield, IL 60455 from 2-6 p.m. Fred C.
