Obituary of Evelyn Dohm

Evelyn M. Dohm (nee Vollmer) At rest Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at Provena Villa Franciscan, under the care of Joliet Area Community Hospice. Born in Joliet to the late Henry and Ellen (nee Sullivan) Vollmer, she was a lifelong resident. Founding member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Survived by her husband, George E. Dohm of Joliet; her son, Gregg (Cynthia) Dohm of Frankfort; daughter, Barbara (Robert) Shroba of Shorewood; four grandchildren, Michael Shroba, Kyle Shroba, Bradley (Lynn) Dohm and Nicole (Frank) Gary; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her sister, Pearl Lambert. Private funeral services for Evelyn M. Dohm were held with interment at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials in her name to Joliet Area Community Hospice or St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. No visitation. Arrangements by: FRED C.
