Obituary of George Dohm

George E. Dohm Age 91. At rest Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at Provena Villa Franciscan, under the care of Joliet Area Community Hospice. Born in Joliet to the late George A. and Martha (nee Scheidt) Dohm, he was a lifelong area resident. Survived by his son, Gregg (Cynthia) Dohm of Frankfort; daughter, Barbara (Robert) Shroba of Shorewood; four grandchildren, Michael Shroba, Kyle Shroba, Bradley (Lynn) Dohm and Nicole (Gary) Frank; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn M. (nee Vollmer) Dohm (December 11, 2007). Private funeral services for George E. Dohm were held with interment at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials in his name to Joliet Area Community Hospice or St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. No visitation. Arrangements by: FRED C.
