Obituary of Beilin Quinn
Beilin Quinn, who was born James J. Urbaniik, age 75, of Joliet, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Joliet.
Born March 31, 1942 in Joliet, he was the son of Kenneth and Claire (Peterson) Urbanik. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and was a graduate of Joliet Junior College and the University of Chicago. He worked as a child welfare and protective service investigator for the State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Beilin was a member of American Legion Post #1080.
Surviving are his two sisters, Susan (Rupert) Rodriguez of Crest Hill and Jane (Jerry) Weber of Shorewood; one brother, Tim (Virginia) Urbanik of Morris; seven nieces and nephews, Tammy (Al) Krzysciak, Brian Urbanik, Antonio (Rocio) Rodriguez, Tara (Nick) Bowers, Jacob (Maggie) Weber, Samantha (James) Bush, and Kenneth (Kaytee) Weber; and one great-niece, Addison Bush.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Mary Elizabeth Urbanik, in infancy.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 9, 2018 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Road, Joliet. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation. Interment will be St. Joseph Cemetery, Joliet, at a later date.
