My condolences to Dr. Khater's family and friends. Dr Khater(and my husband) delivered our sons in the 80's and 90's.He was a happy man and when he delivered my 10#5 22 1/2" son...he was as proud as my husband and I were AND he won the biggest baby contest against some of the other doctors at Silver Cross.My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Dear cousins and family,
My deepest condolences to you all and to your families, (Tim, Russell and Kevin). It was great lost to all of us, I will never forget him. and I believe that someone with his big heart, someone that his work was giving births and even saving lives, that god will give him mercy and peace on his soul and gather him with beloved companions his wife (Dr. Hazami F. Khater), his sisters (Amiraa, Efacat And my mother Aida Kahter) and his brothers (Ezzat and Rashad Khater) in heaven. I will always remember him and I will never forget when he and his lovely children (cousins) stood up for me and especially my other cousin Rawda.
I wish that “Allah” will forgive him and placed him in “Jannat El Khold”…

To the entire Khater family. Dr. Amin Khater was a wonderful Ob Gyn. We have three generations of family as living proof. He was a kind and gentle man with a great sense of humor. Joliet was lucky to have such a Wonderful Dr. And Dr. Russell has followed with the same grace. My sincere sympathy to all of his family. May Gods' Peace and memories sustain you.

I started to go to Dr Amin in high school, he was a wonderful and caring man, very compassionate he will be dearly missed. I continue to go to the office because his son Russ has the same compassion, he is also wonderful and caring and the office is great. Prayers to the family. Amen

Dear cousins and all family,
This is Fuad Asseh son of Nadia Khater who is sister of my uncle Amin.
Sadly today we received the bad news about my uncle passing away.
Even with the very few times I met him but I could realize how much he had a big heart and a sense of humer which was always encourage us to keep in contact with him even with thousands of miles he is away from us.
My pure condolences to all of you and specially to my cousins Tameem, Russel (isam) and Kevin .

My heart is breaking at the news of Dr Khaters passing. What an amazing man he was, I am so thankful I knew him.
From the first day I met him, he was a father figure for me. So strong, intelligent, kind and so caring to me as a person and patient. He stood up for me, stood beside me, brought me through the worst time of my life and even saved my life. He brought my babies into this world and was a man I respected with my whole heart.
Our last visit was by accident at a resturant. He remembered me and introduced me to his family and his wife. I got to share with them how thankful I was to know Dr.Khater.
God Bless his sweet family. He is with is true love now and at peace.
My heart is with all of you. Those flowers on the headstone you can't explain, they will be from me.
