Obituary of Mary Donovan

Donovan, Mary Louise (nee Reilly) Age 92, passed away peacefully, Monday June 13, 2011 at her home. Mary Louise was born on December 12, 1918 to the late John and Lena (nee Yanka) Reilly. She attended St. Mary's grade school, Saint Francis Academy and the College of St. Francis. She was the beloved mother of Mary (Dr. Robert) Secaur and Patrice Donovan. Loving grandmother of Elizabeth Secaur, Meredith Secaur and Katrina Donovan. Many nieces and nephews also survive, as well as her dear lifelong friends, Carolyn Schaeffer, Rose Kovacevich and Ella Ryan. Preceded in death by her husband Wilbur; son William Michael Donovan; grandson Patrick Secaur; siblings, John (late Betty) Reilly, Thomas (late Helen) Reilly and Evelyn (late Jack) Hastert. A longtime member of the Mother's Club of the Cathedral of St. Raymond School, Mary Louise also enjoyed the many years she volunteered at St. Joseph Medical Center. Funeral services for Mary Donovan will be held Monday, June 20, 2011 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment Mt.
