Jeffrey B. Rosenstein

Age 74, of Plainfield, IL, and formerly of Woodridge and Glenview, died unexpectedly Monday, July 2, 2018.  Jeffrey was born September 3, 1943, in Chicago, IL, to the late Gayle (nee Blacher) and Milton Rosenstein.  He was a graduate of New Trier High School, Class of 1961, and received a degree in business from Northwest Missouri State University in 1967.

Jeffrey is survived by his son, Brian Rosenstein; one brother, Robert Rosenstein; former wife and friend, Dale Prohl; two sisters-in-law, Carol Whitefleet and Debbie Miller Rosenstein; and four nephews, Chris, Nick, Tim Whitefleet and Daniel Rosenstein.

Jeffrey had careers including being a business development manager, and in the insurance industry.  He also worked for the State of Illinois upon graduating from college.

He was an avid snow skier, an accomplished cook and chess player, as well as a Chicago Bears fan.

A Memorial Gathering will take place Saturday, July 7, 2018, from 10:30 a.m. until time of a Service of Remembrance at 12:00 p.m. at the Fred C.
