Carol Joan Boland, passed away at her home on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at the age of 77.  Carol was born on June 6, 1941, the daughter of Clarence and Dorothy Sedive.  She was born in Iowa City, was raised in Iowa and Chicago, and has been a Minooka resident for 20 years.  

Carol graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago and has been in Real Estate and has held licenses as a Realtor, Broker, and Managing Broker for over 20 years.   She was a hardworking woman that could do anything and made raising six children look easy, all while working full time.  She was a devoted wife and loving mother who instilled her values into the lives of her children.  

Carol is survived by her six children, eleven grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is preceded by her loving husband of 59 years, Michael Joseph Boland (2017) and her parents.

Funeral Services for Carol Joan Boland will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., at the Fred C.
