Obituary of Dorothy N. Hanzlik

Dorothy N. Hanzlik
(nee Jaeger)

Age 85, of Goose Lake, passed away Friday, October 19, 2018 at Alden Courts of Shorewood with family by her side. She was born November 16, 1932 to the late Vaclav and Bozena (nee Kopta) Jaeger.

Survived by her daughter, Cynthia Hanzlik; grandchildren, Sam and Kyle Johnston and several other relatives survive.

Preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hanzlik (January 8, 2018); daughter, Kathryn Johnston and her parents.

Committal prayers for Dorothy Hanzlik will be Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. Inurnment will follow.  As it was Dorothy’s wish cremation rites have been accorded.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association would be appreciated.
