My sympathy to all who loved George. I found him humorous and so handy. I can't number the many projects he did at our Lake House in Plainfield. There was always a list for George to do. When I bought a business in Plainfield he took care of one ballast after another in 14 light fixtures. When we sold the house and lost the business I lost touch with George. I am happy he found time in Kentucky for fishing and fixing things. He was a treasure.
My condolences to your family George I waited on you for many years at Larry's Diner you will be missed I hope they get your order of BBQ ribs mashed potatoes with BBQ sauce and salad right up in Heaven

I never met George, but after reading his obit, I think I missed out on someone whose friendship I would have really enjoyed! My condolences to his family and friends.
