Obituary of Alvin W. Tibble
Alvin W. Tibble, age 80, lifelong resident of Joliet, U.S. Air Force Veteran and 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council #4400 passed away Friday Morning, October 26, 2018 at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center following a brief illness.
Alvin is survived by his wife, Sandra (nee Sealey) Tibble; sons, Darryl J. Tibble and Alvin W. Tibble Jr.; sisters, Sandra (Tibble) Wiesneski and Marlene (Tibble) Franzen as well as a son-in-law, Paul Lamoureux; sisters-in-law, Barbara and Delores; three grandchildren, Mallory, Taylor and Zachary Tibble.
He was preceded by his parents, Clarence D. and Helen (Lingermann) Tibble; brothers, Robert and Thomas Tibble.
Visitation for Alvin W. Tibble will be Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Roads, Joliet, IL from 9:00 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Richard Ross officiating. Interment will follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to his family would be greatly appreciated.
