Mary Louise Ehrsam (nee O'Daniel) Age 87. Friday, May 13, 2011 at Rosewood Care Center. Born in Joliet, she was a lifelong resident. Member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church CCW. Surviving are her sons, Don (Ann) Ehrsam and Richard (Sue) Ehrsam; grandchildren, Chris (Vicki) Ehrsam, Matt (Sarah) Ehrsam, Amy (Mike) North, Alyssa Ehrsam, Jennifer (Robert) McEachern, Chris (Liz) VanDyke, and Jennifer (Heath) Littrel 15 great-grandchildren; her dearest friends, Janice Petrukovich, and Bob Stoner; sister-in-law, Louise Ehrsam; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Herbert L. Ehrsam (2007); parents, James and Anna (nee Maday) O'Daniel; two sisters, Evelyn (late Everett) Murray, and Mildred (late Edward) Stachowski; two brothers, James O'Daniel, and Edward O'Daniel. "Bingo Mary" enjoyed crafts and periodically visiting the riverboat casino's, including a few memorable outings at Harrah's. She was a great hostess and a wonderfully warm and social lady. She will be remembered fondly by her family as a very generous and loving woman who will truly be missed. The family would like to send a special thank you to the entire staff at Rosewood Care Center for their friendship and care. Funeral Services for Mary Ehrsam will be Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Ambrose Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to the American Kidney Association would be appreciated. Visitation Monday, 4-8 p.m. at: FRED C.
